A ‘Vine to Bar’ Experience

As a local tour guide,and media consultant to the Constantia Wine Route, I’m always looking for new and unique ways of telling the Constantia story. After all, not many wine routes can call themselves the oldest in the Southern Hemisphere, with 333 years of winemaking experience!

On one of my recent visits to the Radisson RED I noticed that they had two of the Constantia wines on their menu. After a conversation with my friends at the hotel, I decided to take some of the team on a unique ‘Vine to Bar’ experience. I’m regularly introducing foreign visitors to this special part of the world – and this was going to be as special! See the video below to see what we got up to:
